Cons

Disney is everywhere you look in the news and media, even if you aren't looking for it. Being a name-brand company, our operations are often used as a baseline for economic references in the United States. This leads to stock volatility when Disney gets involved (either directly or indirectly) with socioeconomic or political rhetoric going on in the US.

Advice to Management

Please keep employees focused by letting them (truthfully) know that their jobs are secure or if they need to polish their resumes.

Many of my managers do this to the best of their ability, and it's appreciated.
