This particular department was mainly for part-time employees, so schedule flexibility was nice. Six to eight hours of watching MLB and other ESPN+ games wasn't all that bad. 😉 Free admission into Disney theme parks was nice as well.
There wasn't much opportunity for growth or movement in the company within this department. It's already difficult to step foot into or move within Disney. The interview process was standard: a manager conversation followed by a LeetCode-style technical round. I enjoyed the overall experience. It felt like a typical big-tech interview. I am currently interviewing here.
