Pros

This particular department was mainly for part-time employees, so schedule flexibility was nice. Six to eight hours of watching MLB and other ESPN+ games wasn't all that bad. 😉 Free admission into Disney theme parks was nice as well.

Cons

There wasn't much opportunity for growth or movement in the company within this department. It's already difficult to step foot into or move within Disney. There's no affiliation with MLB, so no perks there. I didn't really feel all that special working there, or like a Disney employee. Gameday audio was a job that required very few mistakes, working with ad placements. Being part-time with zero benefits, it didn't seem to be worth all the risk sometimes. Might be different now, though.

Advice to Management

Offer opportunities for movement or growth in the company.
