The pay is weekly for all contract positions.
In my experience, there is no work-life balance at all. Even contractors are expected to work beyond 40 hours and are not allowed to bill beyond 40 hours.
I hope this gets noticed by the Global HR team for teams that practice such a predatory work culture under the radar.
