Work-life balance is really good.
Reorg all the time. Leadership come and go.
I applied directly on disney.com to this position. Two months later, I received a frantic email from a recruiter (based out of Seattle) wanting to interview me almost immediately. I returned his call and left a message, then heard nothing for two wee
Standard HR screen (asked about past projects, technologies I am familiar with, why I want to work at Disney, and why I am leaving my current company). Next step was a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager. She was really nice!
The interview process was pretty smooth. It included an initial phone call followed by a video call interview. The interviewers were very nice and patient. Definitely come prepared for the technical interview.
