It is hard to hear an answer back about the transition to full-time employment as an intern.

Product Development Intern
The interview process was casual. A task was given prior to presenting to the manager. Behavior questions were asked, and the team was very friendly and nice. The task wasn't too difficult; about a week of time was given to finish it.
Software Engineer
The interview questions were very practical, unlike those at some other high-level companies. I did not feel like they were trying to put me through the wringer, as they could have.
Data Engineer
Interviewed through a consultation company. One round with Disney leadership (Data Team Lead, Software Team Lead, Project Manager), where they took turns asking questions. Next round was with a Data Analyst and Data Engineer, in a similar format.
