Pros

Benefits. If you're not in California, those benefits don't help as much.

Cons

Constant churn, no time to finish multiple projects at once, especially if you are in QA. Then being underpaid. Yes, other companies pay better. It takes forever to go through the offer process. I got laid off and was hired the next day; I had less stress and I make 25% more now. Constant threats of layoffs. Job titles don't match industry standards.

Advice to Management

Keep your good talent. Listen to them. You are not succeeding because you aren't listening to your employees. Honestly, I had the best night's sleep in a long time after getting laid off.
