It would be great if Disney could create an effective "management development program" that included these and other highly valued roles. This program should allow for rotation around several areas to provide more breadth of experience, which helps team members find their best fit areas for further career exploration.
The interview questions were very practical, unlike those at some other high-level companies. I did not feel like they were trying to put me through the wringer, as they could have.
Interviewed through a consultation company. One round with Disney leadership (Data Team Lead, Software Team Lead, Project Manager), where they took turns asking questions. Next round was with a Data Analyst and Data Engineer, in a similar format.
