An interesting place to write software, solving problems of massive scale for ABC, ESPN, and Disney Online
Interesting scaling problems to work on. Well recognized brand name. Financially stable company. Great location.
A bit chaotic. A bit bureaucratic. Frequent changes in strategic direction. Half-baked product architecture makes support issues difficult.
It would be nice to have a unified service architecture rather than the "every team for themselves" model. It would cut costs to do this.
