Paycheck. Does that count? Well, not really. The pay is on the low end of the scale.
Can you guess I loathe this company?
Once, I was the biggest Disney cheerleader in the land. Now, they've outsourced to India, completely turning Walt's dream into a nightmare. Fantastic!
Upper management is only concerned about making their name appear on a PowerPoint slide to Senior Executives. The level of training is abysmal, which matches the morale. HR couldn't give a hoot about the trench workers. Their job is to protect the corporate image.
Worst company I've ever worked for!
No one has the fortitude to stand up and say, "Enough! Let's regroup and figure out why it's broken." Instead, their response is, "That doesn't work, let's try this..."
There's a reason Disney is being called Mouschwitz and Ducchow. They burn you out, or try to kill you with undue stress. Who gets the rewards? Let's just say Bob Iger couldn't spend all the money he gets each year.
Leave, quit, resign, run away. You've tarnished the image.
I interviewed for a DevOps/Infrastructure position. First, there was an initial call with the manager. Then, I was invited to a panel of four interviews that consisted of behavioral questions, system design, and various questions related to security,
A phone call with the manager, followed by a technical/business discussion. A bit of salary negotiation, followed by an offer.
From a closed office. VO, 4 rounds: * Algorithm and some practical questions. * BFS of a binary tree. * Hand-write a Promise. * Linked list flip every two nodes. * Some regret issues from production?
