Fantastic place in the studio. Relaxed, with good benefits, including a silver pass (unlimited access to Disneyland with guests), and a good brand name.
Nothing much against Disney itself. It's a great place. I, however, had the misfortune of working with a manager and only co-worker who were bullies and good friends. It didn't help that the requirements were vague whereas deadlines weren't.
Nothing really. I had the bad luck to work with two guys who were aggressive and good, but they sometimes confused the problem with the people.
I interviewed for a DevOps/Infrastructure position. First, there was an initial call with the manager. Then, I was invited to a panel of four interviews that consisted of behavioral questions, system design, and various questions related to security,
A phone call with the manager, followed by a technical/business discussion. A bit of salary negotiation, followed by an offer.
From a closed office. VO, 4 rounds: * Algorithm and some practical questions. * BFS of a binary tree. * Hand-write a Promise. * Linked list flip every two nodes. * Some regret issues from production?
