Smart and creative co-workers. Pretty much everyone is very collaborative, nice, and follows the Disney company culture. The products we work on make people happy. Pay is decent but by no means market-leading when compared to newer tech companies. People's decision to stay and work here is more likely based on the enjoyment of the job and the location.
