Nope, not good, very bad.
Too many to count, a waste of time. Disney tax kills productivity and innovation. Large bureaucratic company, fragmented teams, poor communication throughout. No opportunities to advance career. Most people leave and choose to come back later as a means of self-promotion. Very little collaboration. HR does not care. Poor compensation.
Leadership was dysfunctional; it was a big political circus.
