Disney+ is a large-consumed product, and that can be significant on your resume. Maybe you get the experience of working with some folks who are really smart.

Leadership and their product have a very vague roadmap and almost no idea what they are doing. Zero clarity, ambiguous future.

Lots of good people were let go, questionable leaders.

Their tech is definitely not at the level of Netflix. Netflix is probably 20 years ahead, and no matter how much money Mickey puts in later, it will take a lot. This is also because there are really old people there that aren't moving or letting newer engineers innovate or make an impact.
