Underpay, no opportunity to advance, and benefits are a joke. Double standards are the norm. The company doesn't care about its employees. The company is cheap. A lot of red tape. It's a huge company. One-on-one meetings go nowhere.
Talk to listen to your employees. Promote teamwork by allowing corporate-sponsored events outside of the company that bring people together.
