The company moves at a rapid pace. I was definitely the most junior member on the team, with the next developer having a decade on me.
It was hard to get up to speed, being completely new to the company.
My managers were awesome and very friendly!
My only piece of advice is to be a bit more patient and balance an employee's experience with both programming and their experience with the company. I would shoot for someone with experience in the travel industry, as this was a HUGE help for a fellow coworker who started the same day as me.
The first stage interview was easy. They started with an overview of the role and company. Then they went through my CV and asked a few technical questions. This was the first stage, and I'm waiting for the call for the second stage.
