It's very easy and fast to be self-employed because you control your self. If you failed, your own life will fail, so that's what makes it a strong way. It shows how you manage people and gives you maturity. If you feel your life will fail, then all the time you need to pay attention. You need to be focused. For me, it's the best reason to be self-employed.

Sometimes it's very difficult to connect with society because our spirits are different. It's not easy when you're by services; you need to be patient and safe, so it isn't a very easy process.

I'm president of the company. I do many things at the same time. I check my email, if there's an "off" (absence), I check every morning. I check if every employee is on time. I see what material is needed in different sections. Sometimes I work for different organizations, so I want to be perfect all the time.
