- People are a hit or miss, so it’s hard to make true and transparent friendships. The people there really come in a full range from bitter and rude to the kindest and sweetest, but that may be the case with other companies as well.

- Growth within the company is slow or doesn’t happen at all.
- Very traditional and corporate still.
- Try to be on the side of your people sometimes instead of backing them into a corner by having them agree to unreasonable deadlines after given estimates.
- A better and more transparent promotion cycle and process.
- Quickly fix understaffing by adding more people instead of adding longer hours to current committed employees.
