Ageism is alive and well at Disney. If you're over middle age, they are very happy to keep bringing you back year after year as a contractor (18-month contractor, 1 year off, then repeat), but only the younger contractors are offered to become permanent employees (cast members).
Consider ageism to be a factor in discrimination. Start checking the numbers for manager hiring (conversion).
