Pros

The only game job I've ever had that didn't involve massive amounts of crunch.

Cons

Recently laid off 700 people. They may be trying to get out of making games themselves and instead just license IP.

Games are about as derivative as any other big Facebook/mobile company's games.

Advice to Management

Focus on the things you do best (though I don't know what that is?), and let the game teams handle actually creating the games.
