Exciting Place With Clear Impact
There's a clear impact I can see all the time as I hear people talk about Disney Plus. It's certainly a bit leaning younger, but don't forget ESPN and Hulu. A great place to work, especially with the team I have.
Pay is not the highest. Seems like they can't really compete with the Big Tech bros. Stock seems likely to go up, though.
Guidance and opportunity could be better. There is no internal job board, but the newsletter does help see what's going on.
