Benefits get worse and worse every year as we stray further from our BamTech roots. There's no added compensation to make up for legacy employees having to transition to the Disney benefit plan, which means worse health insurance that is no longer fully covered by the company. This has caused a lot of great employees to move elsewhere in the tech sector with more competitive salary and benefits. Leadership doesn't seem to care about retention or has no plans to do anything about this constant complaint.
