I worked on a great team with a lot of industry experience. It is Disney.
Leadership at an executive level is poor and uncaring. Leadership and management don't listen to their employees and come to their own assumptions and conclusions.
Actually 'listen' to the people that are doing the work. It is okay to learn from your employees.
