Smart Team, Exciting But Team-dependent
- The rapidly changing market means the work is always exciting.
- Autonomy that gives lots of opportunities for leadership.
- Incredibly smart coworkers and a supportive environment.
- Flexible schedule, but some on-call time is required.
Experience largely depends on the team. The team I'm currently on is very collaborative and a very supportive environment, but not all are as nice to work on. Also, there are some communication issues that come with many people building a large product.
