Weekly Paycheck
The benefits and vacation are sub-par compared to most software companies in the Seattle area. Management is pulled in many directions, due mostly to the view that technology is a cost center rather than a business driver.
Please don't lose sight of the fact that TSS is a software engineering company inside a larger media company.
Engineers are hired to contribute by being smart people who get things done. Help clear obstacles instead of overdeveloping "Process".
