Amazing company to work for. Great environment, and walking around the parks testing the kiosks was really cool.
The only issue was the location. I was not fond of the Orlando area.
If you find good contractors, hire them.
There was a weird "us vs. them" vibe when it came to the Disney cast members and the contractors.

The interview questions were very practical, unlike those at some other high-level companies. I did not feel like they were trying to put me through the wringer, as they could have.

Interviewed through a consultation company. One round with Disney leadership (Data Team Lead, Software Team Lead, Project Manager), where they took turns asking questions. Next round was with a Data Analyst and Data Engineer, in a similar format.
