Good company that values employees with flexible hours.
No cons as of now.
Went over technical details of my resume. Asked a lot of questions pertaining to skills needed for the job itself. Pretty straightforward and no tricky questions. Situational/resume questions were asked, like "When was a time you worked in a group?"
It was behavioral. Everyone was nice. General stuff you expect from a company like Disney. Just act happy to be there and you'll be fine. The difficulty depends on the team and the organization.
The interview process was standard: a manager conversation followed by a LeetCode-style technical round. I enjoyed the overall experience. It felt like a typical big-tech interview. I am currently interviewing here.
