The people on the crews are some of the most talented, and it was truly a pleasure to work with so many creative brains.
The beginning of my career there, it truly felt like a big family at TVA. Each person on the crew had value. I think this was still true of the crews I was on most recently. Unfortunately, it was senior management that made crew members feel like we were just a number of no consequence.
