It is the company we expect them to be from a public eye: conscientious, environmental, sustainable, a global citizen, and aware of their important role in the world. One can be extremely proud to be associated with such a company.
The politics and money, like in every company, can distort the individual's role and contribution. Also, where human capital is a chessboard and sometimes dehumanized and sacrificed for the greater good.
People are working very hard. It would be great to put some of the fun back into our environments.
