Pros

Working for Disney Interactive Media Group provides you the ability to work with some of the greatest minds in the Internet world.

Working with leading-edge technologies, this group strives to be the best in online entertainment, while maintaining Disney's global appeal, polish, and innovation.

In addition, it is great to work with such a diverse group of people from marketing, editorial, creative, and technical. There are many brilliant minds in this group that are an honor to work with to provide the best possible online experience possible.

In-office perks also include free soda, Starbucks coffee, and snacks.

Cons

Lower management at Disney Interactive Media Group is slightly out of tune in some of the divisions. Laziness and unprofessionalism come to mind. The pay level for a well-qualified developer is not up to par with similar Internet companies.

Advice to Management

Be more in-tune with your employees. If you don't know something, don't be proud and pretend you do; admit so that we can move on and provide solutions. Don't use your management level to bully other employees. Put well-qualified individuals into lower management.
