Process

The first step of the process was to complete a coding exam on HackerRank.

This was a fairly challenging step. The problem set consisted of two questions, and you had 70 minutes to complete them.

Upon passing that, you advanced to the second round for a virtual video interview. Here, you are asked behavioral questions, as well as basic data questions. Then, you must perform SQL queries live.

There is another interview after this one as well.

Pros: The company used to be an amazing place to work with Dan Springer in charge. Things have drastically gone downhill under the new CEO Allan Thygesen and his 'leadership' team. The executive team is seedy and unethical. Since the new CEO, he first cut our benefits without notice. There's a serious lack of transparency, and many of those who survived the recent lay-offs are starting to look for the exit.

Cons: New CEO is dishonest and unethical, with a lack of transparency. He took away our benefits without notice. The new CEO has a dire outlook on the company and his competence.
