Process

Initial call with recruiter, followed by a hiring manager call. This was for the Esign org.

The hiring manager was unprofessional and discourteous. It was a horrible experience.

The hiring manager came with a closed mindset, only listening to things they felt were correct. They understood very little about any of the technical details being explained, only interested in hearing what they believed was right based on their own knowledge. The hiring manager became passive-aggressive multiple times during the interview.

This was completely unprofessional and showed no regard for respecting the candidate. These were the worst 50 minutes I have ever spent.

I feel for the team working for this hiring manager. I recommend avoiding this team/org.

As a manager, the boundaries are less respected, and one's happiness depends heavily on which leadership one reports to.

Cons: The leadership changes can be chaotic -- almost the entire chain of command was replaced in engineering. This results in constantly shifting priorities, team reorgs, etc. Some of the key initiatives were unpopular, but they were never properly addressed in company town halls.
