Process
I have applied half a dozen times for their Principal Engineer - Full Stack position openings. I fully qualify, and my skillset matches their requirements down to the last bullet point. My salary range is within the range they have posted everywhere I can find.
And yet, I keep getting my resume rejected. At this point, the only thing I can think of is discrimination or some kind of personal vendetta against me. It is very strange.
Someone at DocuSign needs to look into this.
