Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Dublin, Ireland
Process
I had a quick call with the Technical Recruiter, and a Python coding round was set up for the following week. The interview was quite easy; in fact, I finished 15 minutes ahead of schedule. I felt the interviewer was inexperienced. He had a predefined approach to solving the problem, and when I presented an alternative method, he seemed unsure how to proceed. I'm not sure if Docusign offers training for interviewers; if not, there should be one. Of course, I did not qualify for the next round, which is a shame.

- 5.0Great Culture & Success DrivenSenior Software Engineer • Current EmployeeSeptember 27, 2017Pros: Admittedly, I've been with the organization for under a year; however, DocuSign is the only company I've worked for that seems to truly craft an innovative strategy while putting its employees first. They offer a great work-life balance, good growth opportunities, strong benefits, and awesome team members to collaborate with. Also, I find great satisfaction working for a company that changes the way people interact and do business. It's hard to go back to thinking about printing loads of paper to put a signature on it.Cons: One of the downsides to date is there is no 401k match, which is a benefit that I've come to expect.
