The interview process included:

• A basic recruiter call.
• LeetCode questions.
• System design.
• A hiring manager interview.

The LeetCode questions were of medium difficulty. The system design discussion seemed relevant to the business, with plenty of back-and-forth on the questions.

There wasn't much time to discuss my experience outside of the recruiter and hiring manager calls.

The entire process took less than two months from start to finish, though a significant portion of that time was due to scheduling on my side. The company seemed capable of moving faster but was understanding of my available time.

While many people dislike interviews, everyone at DocuSign treated the time with respect, which greatly contributed to a positive experience.
