I had a brief call with the recruiter, who explained the process, asked about my background, and scheduled an initial phone screen.
The phone screen was fairly straightforward. I was asked an easy-level LeetCode question and felt I did well.
I presented multiple solutions, discussed the time and space complexity of each, and after reaching an accord with the interviewer, proceeded to code the algorithm.
Afterward, I tested my code to ensure it worked. The interviewer seemed satisfied.
What followed was the worst experience I've ever had. I received no feedback from the recruiter whatsoever. I tried following up multiple times, but the recruiter simply ignored my emails.
It's a shame the company does not respect candidates' time. I am disappointed that I wasted time interviewing here. The least they could do is send some sort of response after interviews rather than simply ignoring me.
I can't share since I am under NDA, but easy questions right off LeetCode were asked.
