Bad process. They were recruiting for Sweden, and a person from the USA joined the call. He hardly knows anything about the way of working in Sweden and told me I am too soft when it comes to management, and he needs somebody stricter.
Americans should stop this know-it-all attitude, especially immigrants in the USA.
