A company headed for disaster, especially with the new CEO
The company used to be an amazing place to work with Dan Springer in charge. Things have drastically gone downhill under the new CEO Allan Thygesen and his 'leadership' team. The executive team is seedy and unethical.
Since the new CEO, he first cut our benefits without notice. There's a serious lack of transparency, and many of those who survived the recent lay-offs are starting to look for the exit.
New CEO is dishonest and unethical, with a lack of transparency. He took away our benefits without notice. The new CEO has a dire outlook on the company and his competence.
Replace the CEO and the executive team. Don't lie. Bring back leaders who actually care about employees and the culture.
