They promote work-life balance, which is untrue. They promote equality, but in fact, I felt racism in that place by the management. The only thing that's good over there is the people; employees create a really very good environment.
Your career will die in this place. There will be no promotion, no career path, and no management vision for at least one month.
Listen to the employees and stop listening to your self-talk. This company was in a great place a year ago, and the new management brought it to the ground.
