DocuSign does care for employee safety.
Although the company saved a lot of money (in flight and infra costs), it doesn't show on the employees. The company has decided to cancel our automatic benefit of subsidizing our internet and cellphone costs. Now we need to pay out of our own pocket and prove it to Docusign with invoices just to get a refund. That's a joke!
Offices were closed during the pandemic, and everyone was working from home. In my office, the office manager tried to do some remote activities or something to cheer the employees up, but management blocked it with budget excuses.
Local HR is always threatening people with layoffs. Instead of doing activities for everyone, she's asking other employees to do her job.
Our local HR is hiring only white men and women.
