Pros

Overall, it's a good place to be in terms of company recognition, total compensation, and work-life balance. Benefits include quarterly tech budgets, gym membership, and parental spending, among others.

As an individual contributor (IC), there are proper boundaries for respecting off-work hours and people in general, regardless of team.

As a manager, the boundaries are less respected, and one's happiness depends heavily on which leadership one reports to.

Cons

The leadership changes can be chaotic -- almost the entire chain of command was replaced in engineering. This results in constantly shifting priorities, team reorgs, etc.

Some of the key initiatives were unpopular, but they were never properly addressed in company town halls.
