Culture is not good
- Engineering teams are good.
- The most important thing is the CEO himself is not open to feedback and criticism; that's why CEO approval is very low.
- Many Directors/Managers are micromanaging.
- There are no proper roadmaps.
- I am sure this review will also be rejected by the CEO.
- There are no RSUs for India employees.
Change most of the director and higher-level people.
