Best company I've ever worked for
People, culture, opportunities, and overall benefits are really good.
As an engineer, my only frustration is with the antiquated build dev tools.
It's a byproduct of growing fast and now not giving this space enough attention.
It's a priority, and I'm optimistic it will improve.
Dan continues to be an all-star leader who sets the tempo and culture for the company.
I wish the longtime ICs who built DocuSign were taken care of post-IPO like they should have been. Many C-suite/VP/Director-level employees came and left over the years, many of whom made very little positive impact and took a lot of the resources with them that could have been shared more equitably with those who really made a difference.
