DocuSign used to be a place where people, at least in Engineering, were treated as important, and in general, people wanted to help each other be better. Now, DocuSign is a place where what gets rewarded is finding people to blame, where management wants above all else to dictate to employees rather than convince employees that their plan is correct. They want servants, not employees.
