People who work there are not very friendly. I came in and did not feel welcome at all. A lot of times, people don't even say hello when they come in. There's a lack of communication job-wise, at all.
Get a better training program for new employees on at least the main parts of how the company runs. There are various teams, so it would be nice if I was explained from the beginning what each group does. They are all engineers, but, for example, the "north" team's responsibilities versus the "south" team's were not explained. It is hard to understand who to go to for what.
