It's getting worse
- Love my team, sister teams, manager, and manager's manager.
- Compensation is great.
- Work/life balance is getting better for me.
The executive leadership is constantly taking things away:
- People - two rounds of layoffs, although the current CEO promised no more rounds.
- PTO - lost the week of Christmas and four days of PTO (1 per quarter) because they were "COVID" related benefits.
- RTO (Return to Office) - Another "COVID" related benefit that's been taken away. Currently, it's two times a week, but we're rotating which days we're going into the office every month. It might change later depending on whatever data they're looking at.
You have the chance to do the work of your life, BUT the executive leadership is making it very hard by taking things away. YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary).
