Really easy to fly under the radar. Little to no accountability.

Lack of accountability, primarily because you'll have to depend on people who take no responsibility or have no sense of initiative.

You putzed around after crashing the stock ~80%, then gaslighted your tenured engineer who actually delivered product by refusing promotions, raises, or meaningful stock refreshers. Meanwhile, you promoted and gave excessive raises and stock grants to your most worthless employees (i.e., middle management).

Then you had the audacity to wonder why attrition went past 30% in your engineering department?

Then you fired your CEO who bilked the company for $130 million last year, all the while your CFO is under investigation for insider trading and securities fraud. My advice: stop being a bunch of clowns.
