The energy of the company is tremendous and very impressive. There are a lot of very passionate people that work here.
The direction of the company is just as good. Being the market leader is an awesome place to be.
The team I get to work on is a very fun bunch that loves their jobs and loves to create quality software solutions. There are a ton of enticing projects to work on.
And, the view from the current Seattle office is likely unmatched!
Like any company with a (relatively) small technology staff, there is lots to do. Like any company, mistakes are made. The measure of that company is how you deal with the mistake and if you repeat the mistake down the road.
Keep up the great work on the direction of the company. Continue to improve the benefits so that they are unparalleled in the industry, including 401K matching and improved health and life insurance coverages.
