Good benefits, good culture. There were still great people when I was there.
The board in charge seems to lack a long-term vision. Lots of decisions boost short-term numbers on paper, but ultimately, it feels like they're far removed from the actual products and processes that fuel the company.
I don't know where the influence actually starts, but someone needs to start giving the decision makers a dose of reality instead of nodding to all of their grandiose plans and dreams. Then, they're throwing the projects down to the ICs with the expectation that it'll magically happen in a timeline that no one who actually creates the product had any input on.
