Admittedly, I've been with the organization for under a year; however, DocuSign is the only company I've worked for that seems to truly craft an innovative strategy while putting its employees first.

They offer a great work-life balance, good growth opportunities, strong benefits, and awesome team members to collaborate with.

Also, I find great satisfaction working for a company that changes the way people interact and do business. It's hard to go back to thinking about printing loads of paper to put a signature on it.

One of the downsides to date is there is no 401k match, which is a benefit that I've come to expect.

Continue to be transparent and honest with associates as we enter a new chapter in the company's story. Don't lose sight of how associates were treated and what that brought the company in return. It can be difficult to balance satisfying shareholder demands while retaining the culture and resources that got DocuSign to this point.
