People - Since joining, I've yet to have any encounter that wasn't friendly and encouraging. I honestly don't know how they've managed to bring together such amazing people. It's a very social group, which can be a bit intimidating for an introvert, but the genuine acceptance and encouragement you'll receive from all your teammates will quickly get you past it.

Career Growth - You're always encouraged to keep learning and growing, and the company is happy to invest in you to make sure that happens.

Extras - I can't speak for the company as a whole, but the office managers at our location go above and beyond to spoil everyone with snacks, lunches, and random events. It's hard to work here and not feel appreciated.

If you're someone who just likes to work heads down without really interacting with people throughout the day, this might not be a great fit.
